Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your gloves, however we do understand that sometimes you may want to return a pair, or exchange them for a different size. We offer a no quibble returns policy on all purchased items within 28 days of orders being shipped.  This includes gloves ordered using our bespoke service. Gloves must be returned in a resaleable condition with no obvious marks or wear. Returned gloves can either be Exchanged, refunded, or repaired depending on the reason for the return. 

Returns can be sent to: Chester Jefferies ltd, Buckingham Road, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4QE, UK.  Please include a copy of your order (this can be printed from your account if you do not have it) and a reason for the return. 

Returning your bespoke gloves

While we make every attempt to ensure bespoke gloves are made to your exact measurements , sometimes things can go wrong. We must allow a small margin for measurements as leather does stretch and move during production meaning it will never be 'spot-on'. 

If you feel your bespoke gloves do not fit well please contact us on websales@chesterjefferies.co.uk so we can discuss the problem areas and work to get these resolved for you. You should then return the gloves along with a new set of hand tracings and measurements, we will then re-make them once we have identified the areas of issue. 

Repairs and re-lining service

We are happy to repair and re-line and old and worn gloves that you may have, even if they are not Chester Jefferies gloves. Please contact us so we can discuss this and the costs involved.
