Delivery

All goods will be delivered to you within a realistic time frame, bearing in mind that gloves are made to order.

Delivery is subject to stock availability of required materials. If there is any problem regarding your choice of leather, colour, lining etc. Chester Jefferies Ltd will contact you as soon as possible, also notifying you of the earliest possible delivery date.

We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances concerning couriers. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Damaged goods or shortages on delivery

Chester Jefferies Ltd should be notified within 72 hours of delivery of all shortages or damages on arrival of orders.

Gloves made wrongly

Chester Jefferies Ltd should be notified within 72 hours of receipt of the order if any gloves appear to have been made contrary to your order specifications e.g. wrong colour or size. On receipt of your returned gloves, replacements will then be dispatched as soon as possible, free of charge.

Contract of payment in advance

A binding contract will only be entered into once payment for goods (plus delivery if outside the UK) is made in full. Your order will be confirmed by email.

Price

The price you pay Chester Jefferies Ltd will be the amount shown on the order confirmation email. This will include VAT at the current UK rate of 17.5%. We will debit the amount of your credit or debit card when we receive your order or as soon as possible after. If the order includes more than one pair of gloves, we may deliver in 'instalments' - allowing for differing stock levels of materials involved.

Returns Policy

To return a FAULTY item, please telephone 01747-822629 or email us on enquiry@chesterjefferies.co.uk for a returns authorisation.

Simply indicate the reason for the return, include the invoice (or copy) with the returned goods and wrap in secure packaging. We recommend that you send goods back by recorded/special delivery. We will replace any faulty item or refund money back to a credit / debit card. Please note that this Returns Policy is valid only for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds - General

You may return any item within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund of the goods value. We will refund to your credit / debit card once we have received and processed the item. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is agreed to be a result of our error.

Cancellation of contract by you

You may not change or cancel your order once the order confirmation has been received by yourself and payment has been taken from your debit or credit card.

Cancellation of contract by us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if an error has been made in pricing or there is a stock shortage.

If we have to cancel any order after confirmation, we will inform you as soon as possible and credit you with the full amount paid to us.

We are not obliged to offer any compensation for any inconvenience caused.
